We want you to be fully satisfied with your Blundstone boots. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Boots

Place the unworn boots in their original shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
